Who is this event for?

People with epilepsy, those considering or recovering from brain surgery, family members, caregivers, and anyone interested in learning more about epilepsy support.

What you can expect:

• Updates on Brain Buddy’s recent activities, upcoming events, and ways to get involved.
• Insights into current research, developments, and innovations in epilepsy care.
• An open Q&A session to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others.

Our hosts:

Lisa Upton, the Founder of Brain Buddy and a patient at The National Hospital. Having established Brain Buddy in 2017 following her own surgery in 2016.

Accompanying Lisa are Neurologists John Duncan and Matthew Walker, together, they provide crucial information, offer updates on the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, and shed light on the surgical treatment process.
