Lisa is a capable ambitious successful and highly motivated individual who has an extensive in-depth knowledge and experience of working with some of the largest corporate global organisations including Apple, HSBC, Barclays Wesleyan, The World Health Organisation, Mental health First Aid UK, and Mind - helping them to cultivate, design deliver and embed Psychological Wellbeing Programs for employees across business.
Lisa’s passion for helping and inspiring others to reach their true potential through positive psychology was born from her own personal transformational journey of undergoing a 10 hour awake Craniotomy to remove a cavanoma in her left parietal lobe.
This experience led Lisa to work alongside World Leading Neurologists, Neuro Psychologists and Neuro Researchers at the National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery Queens Square London (NHNN) and University College London Hospitals (UCLH). Using her personal and professional experience Lisa has created and developed a Psychological Wellbeing program called Euphrenity for individuals and Organisations, which has been designed to maintain improve and increase human resilience and performance through varying forms of Positive Psychology.
The programme has been medically and scientifically proven to have a profound effect on individual Psychological Wellbeing. Using her in-depth knowledge and experience of Psychology and the human brain, Lisa and her team deliver strategically aligned bespoke courses, workshops and and consultancy programs to various organisations across the globe tailored to focus on specific elements of Psychological Wellbeing and Human Performance.
